About DanzaMAZ_
DanzaMAZ is a young contemporary dance ensemble based in Bonn, with whom I collaborate regularly as a choreographer. The group is a dynamic laboratory for movement research, where I explore the intersection of dance with social and architectural questions. In our work, bodies become instruments of spatial articulation creating, disrupting, and reconfiguring space collectively.

About the piece_
As part of the production PARADOX, presented during the 2025 Theaternacht Bonn, I created a choreography for DanzaMAZ to the politically charged song „Si tú supieras, compañero.“ The piece addresses the societal struggle for recognition and dignity. It traces the tension between individuality and unity: bodies attempt to break away from the collective, yet never fully lose their connection to it. The choreography points out that transformation can only be achieved together.
PARADOX as a whole invited the audience to pause and reflect on the contradictions of our behavior in the face of pressing global challenges.
